Before you begin:
Ensure your grill is clean and cool.
Gather all necessary materials, including your grill, rotisserie kit, and desired protein.
Installing the Base:
Locate the base mount: Refer to your specific rotisserie kit instructions for the location of the base mount on your grill. This may be on the sidewall.
Attach the base: Use the provided hardware to securely attach the base mount to the designated location on your grill. Tighten all screws firmly.
Position the base: Place the rotisserie base into the mounted bracket and ensure it sits level and stable.
Building the Rostimax:
Assemble the frame: Connect the frame pieces. This may involve using screws, bolts, or clips.
Attach the spit rod: Insert the spit rod through the center of the frame, ensuring it rests securely in the designated slots.
Adjust the size: Depending on your grill size, you may need to adjust the length of the spit rod using the provided extension pieces.
Secure the forks: Attach the rostimax forks to the ends of the spit rod, making sure they are tightened firmly.
Adding Your Protein:
Prepare your protein: Wash and season your protein of choice (chicken, pork, lamb, etc.) according to your desired recipe.
Thread the protein: Slide the protein onto the rotisserie forks, ensuring it is centered and balanced. If needed, use twine or skewers to secure the protein in place.
Attach the counterweight: Slide the counterweight onto the opposite end of the spit rod and secure it with the provided handle.
Cleaning and Storage:
Once cool, wash the rotisserie components with warm soapy water.
Dry all parts thoroughly before storing.
Store the rotisserie in a cool, dry place when not in use.
